We have had a good experience with Hunter Events planning. They were a God sent and we can’t thank them enough for all the help and support they gave us. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding come together beautifully more than we dreamed of it to be. They took our stress away and turned it into something beautiful. Louise, Brooke and all the ladies at Hunter Events are simply angels. We are forever grateful and will have the perfect wedding memories close to our hearts.

Brooke was very organised on the day. Her professionalism on the day was outstanding. She kept everyone in check to make sure anything run perfectly and smoothly. She checked on us the whole time and made sure we were okay and happy with everything. It made us really happy, safe and stress less knowing we were in good hands.

Hunter events was a massive support network for Kane and I , and always an email or call away if needing any help or guidance. Gaby is organised, experienced, driven, and easygoing. Gaby coordinated with all my suppliers and touch-based with multiple suppliers prior to the wedding. I love her work! There is so much detail in her work - lists and excel sheets to ensure we are on time with our tasks. On the day, she coordinated everything, and I did not have to worry about the flow of the wedding. It was a HUGE success, and everyone loved it -my husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much without any worry- we can only thank Gaby for ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend working with Gaby- it was one of the best decisions I made

We’ve had a bit of a stressful time during the planning but we were so glad we had you to calm us down, take the load off and keep us moving in the right direction. The amount of work and stress you took away from us was incredible and having you on the day with us allowed for everything to run so smoothly.   1. We found the company easy to work with and very understanding of our needs. The planning became more stress free and I didn't have to worry about set up as Hunter Events had is covered 😊 this was a major relief off our day as we had to travel 5hrs to our location the day before. We found pricing of our services reasonable for what we needed and Gaby did amazing set up at our venue for the day as well as was a super calming presence before the ceremony. As the VP of Central Coast Aero Club, I have to congratulate all at Hunter Events for their dedication, attention to detail and commitment in ensuring the inaugural Central Coast Airshow delivered on expectations to the 20,000 Community members that attended. The show, based over 2 days was executed flawlessly with thousands of patrons expressing their delight at the organisation of the event. Louise and Kate, although under extreme pressure for weeks in the lead up and during the event carried an air of self-calm & reassurance that bedazzled me at times.
