Master of Ceremonies

On-Day Coordination & Management

Put your event into our capable hands to handle all the logistics and ins and outs of the on day production. We will liaise with all suppliers one month out from your event and the week of your event. We will create a detailed run sheet, manage and assist with event set up, welcome guests and act as a go to person for all suppliers, the venue and your guests.

We handle any problems that may arise, ensure everyone involved in your event is across the days schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. Our full on-day management package also includes MC services for the evening at a small pre-work only fee if required.
