The unstoppable force behind the business, Louise is a powerhouse of expertise, passion and motivation. An incredible super-mum behind the scenes, many would say she’s the perfect mix of professionalism, care and support for couples on their wedding day, and a wealth of event knowledge for our clients. With award winning expertise and a Diploma of Event Management and Certificate IV in Celebrancy under her belt, she pours her heart and soul into all she puts her hand to and it’s evident in the way her wedding couples and event clients respond.

Imogen Jones

Logistics Manager & Events Coordinator

Imogen is hardworking and a fast learner, eager to learn and perfect everything involved in the wedding & events industry. Imogen has studied a Bachelor of Business & Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing & Economics. She has a high attention to detail and aims to bring nothing but the highest level of care for every event she manages. Imogen is a fun loving and caring person who loves to spend her free time with friends and family. Imogen has two Moodle cross Chihuahua dogs and a gold fish at home

Brooke Boxsell

Marketing Assistant & Event Coordinator

Brooke brings a warm, friendly presence that lights up every room. She approaches each wedding with care and precision, and consistently upholds high standards to ensure our clients are thrilled with every detail. Highly organised and detail-oriented, she has a natural ability to put people at ease with her calm, collected manner. With a Double Bachelor in Business and Design, Brooke excels at everything she takes on. Outside of work, she adores spending time with her two beloved border collies, Miya and Willow.

Maddy Mathews

Wedding Planner & Stylist

Maddy is an incredibly calm, experienced, and reliable presence to have by your side on your wedding day. She adores designing, planning, and styling each celebration, ensuring every need of our couples is thoughtfully met. With a sharp eye for design and a passion for bringing wedding dreams to life, Maddy holds an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and a Certificate III in Floristry. Her genuine and reassuring nature, combined with her love for what she does, makes her an invaluable part of your special day.

Emily Knight

Wedding & Venue Event Manager

Emily brings a vibrant, bubbly personality and infectious energy wherever she goes. She is a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude that shines through in everything she does. Her warm and approachable nature makes her a joy to work with, and it is almost impossible not to smile around her. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Tourism and Events Management from the University of Newcastle. Her passion for the events industry became clear during her internship with us, and it did not take long for her to become an invaluable part of our team.

Emma Summerville

Logistics Manager & Events Coordinator

Meet Emma, the human embodiment of a ray of sunshine. Her bubbly and incredibly friendly personality makes her an amazing friend and support who would move mountains for the ones she loves, including her wedding couples and event clients. An extremely dedicated and hard working part of the team, Emma holds a certificate III in Event Management and is also the proud mum of two adorable sausage dogs.

Jaymie McSpadden

Wedding & Venue Event Manager

Jaymie is incredibly fun, organised and easy to get along with. An amazing problem solver, Jaymie can diffuse any tense situation with clarity and professionalism, and her super power is helping couples calm their wedding day jitters. Beyond work, she channels her energy into playing rugby, adding an extra dose of excitement into her life.

Jackie Finn

Marketing & Design Manager

Extremely creative and dedicated to her craft, Jackie is purposeful and meticulous in all she does. With a little bubba on the way later this year, our soon to be mum is able to take on any problem or challenge and turn it into something beautiful. Jackie’s calm nature and unique set of skills mean our events are always communicated with a sense of detail and clarity, and when she’s not at work she loves to cook up a storm.

Maryann Coltis

Event Assistant

Maryann brings a whole lot of fun and excitement to the team, and there’s never a dull moment when she’s around. Maryann is super easy going and easy to get along with, not to mention organised and loyal to her core. She is an asset to the team and is always able to get things and people in order when needed. Maryann is extremely hard working, and will ensure things are delivered exactly as planned.
