Wedding And Events Industry Set To Improve Region's Tourism

Weddings and events industry workers are over the moon as caps ease and plans get the go ahead.

Many couples have had to postpone their weddings for almost two years, and according to Director of Hunter Events Group, Louise Manning, are now very optimistic about finally tying the knot.

“We’ve moved 39 weddings and events into next year, and have half a dozen or so weddings left for the back end of this year.”

“Our wedding planners saved the day for me. There was no way I would have had as good a day without them. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all day. It was so relaxing. That was the greatest gift. Working with Charlotte and Louise was the best, any issue or concerns they would be on it so quickly. I loved the organisation they brought, allowing me to be as organised as possible.”

The Secret To Happily Ever After? Well, It's All In The Planning!

If ever there was an event that needs to go off without a hitch, it would have to be getting hitched.

So many big days have been derailed and brides’ hopes of a fairytale day dashed because someone forgot to check if the best man had the rings or mistakenly placed those warring cousins at the same table at the reception.

That’s where Louise Manning and the team at Hunter Events Group come in.

Hollywood in the Hunter: Vanessa and Joe’s glamorous Peterson House wedding

"Vanessa and Joe brought a little Hollywood and a whole lotta love to their glamorous Peterson House wedding in the Hunter Valley.

Enlisting Hunter Valley wedding planners, stylists, and all-round wedding pros Hunter Events NSW, the couple’s Great Gatsby-inspired nuptials on February 7, 2021, went off with a bang."

"We used Hunter Events NSW who were our stylists bringing our bespoke vision to life and representing us as a couple. They were a godsend. Especially with COVID and trying to rearrange 15 vendors to a new date. Louise and her team were a military operation! We would hire them again in a heartbeat."
